Does not work as described. I tried to hang my 58″ plasma up and it wouldn’t hold especially when i tried to turn it sideway. My friend and I took down the TV immediately and went to a local shop to buy and much better one. what a waste… i don’t recomend this product or seller to anyone. Terrible experience

This product is not designed to work as advertised. It is made of a collection of parts that are not originally designed to work together. I had to re engineer the parts. I would not recomed this product.

Quick delivery and easy setup are the positives. The arm does not stay level causing my 98lb plasma TV to tilt to the left. Also it is very difficult to manuever the TV in different positions. The joints in the articulating arm are very stiff. I would not purchase this item again.

arrived bent, couldn’t realize it until after it was installed. No number to call, no instructions of how to return. its already on my wall. it would leave holes on my wall if I un install.

The product is too heavy to install on a regular wall. We need to prepare the wall in order to avoid accidents.
