Love this product, need it to protect my Cannon camera, but the “regular” one were way tooooooooo expensive, But this one, works really great.

i bought this product and tested it in my pool. i have a canon a530. i learned that its best to unscrew the lens cap when taking pictures outside of the water, since a drop of water on the lens messes up all of the pictures. you will find out when you copy to your computer that the pictures has a drop of water on it.

second, always set the camera settings before going under water. the bag will not let you change settings since its hard to read through the plastic bag. you can rip the bag if you try to move the settings dial on this camera. compared to underwater cameras that are about 20 dollars. i got my moneys worth. i went to atlantis resort in the bahamas and recorded all videos. some had drops since i was mainly in the pool. i also went on a disney cruise snorkeling in castaway cay. i set the video then snorkelled and recorded fishes, and family. the bad part is the black part of the bag got in the way so my videos have the black ring of the lens cap. i could not see what i was recording since its hard to see through plastic while its sunny out. my settings in my camera changed while recording but i did not notice since its hard to see the video screen. i took so many videos and photos that i got my moneys worth. its better than the disposable underwater cameras.

oh, it never let water inside the bag.

I used this item for my Canon S60 on a 10-day kayak trip. The admirable feature of this product is the lens compartment that features a screw-off cap. While on water, I was able to undo the cap and take direct shots. IT was then easy to screw the cap back on to secure the camera from water.

Within days of use, the plastic tore in three places rendering the bag completely useless.

For the level of quality, I should have saved money and used a zip-lock freezer bag.
