This book is incredibly easy to read, it is also a quick read, while still providing the key information necessary for understanding how critical Vitamin D is and how you can identify what you should be taking. This is a must read if you want to work on preventing a serious disease or if you just want to reduce the number of colds you have. It is clear from this book that most people probably have a Vitamin D deficiency, and this book explains why it is so critical to do something about it. I highly recommend the book.

I actually wrote a review last week, but it didn’t make your website. I have completed this book in a few days, couldn’t put it down! I have been taking Vitamin D under a doctor’s advisement for a few years, but didn’t realize the vast number of healthy benifits it provides. I’d recommend the book and the vitamin for anyone who breathes. 5 stars
