The seller listed this item “like new”, but shipped a book that didn’t even have a cover. After several weeks of hasseling the seller, I was reimbursed with a partial refund. I would not recommend this seller to anyone. She was lazy and rude.

I ordered this book as “very good” condition and when it came I was really disappointed. The cover was well loved.. and the pages were folded and wrinkled… just wasn’t “very good” condition ..

The book came in the condition specified and was here even faster then expected even though it was the holidays.

This is a good course text. It is very basic. It does a good job of being specific with each detail at each level. I will be well versed in the use of Office 2007 when I get through.
