    Well i have to say this is one of the best product to hit the market. Over the past 25 years i have been over weight i have tried several product, diets, with excersise and nothing seem to work on a scale to which this product has i have taken this product for 2 months now and I have lost 20lbs. I’ve developed a schedule that works best for me some say to break the pills once a month or to be faithfull and take them every day. I take them monday thru friday and take the weekends off and it seems to work great. I think you should take a brake every now and then to your liking. But the biggest advice i can give is drink water drink water drink water. Try this product it works!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I’ve lost weight with this product! I am walking and trying to increase my water intake. However, this product gently suppresses my appetite. Other weight loss supplements had me feeling jittery and anxious. There is none of that with this product. Highly recommend it! :)
