They don’t say it’s a RIGHT-HANDED mouse! And I’m left handed. Quite uncomfortable to use with the left hand. The 2 side buttons put my ring finger in an uncomfortable position. I returned it.

Couldn’t keep a consistent connection less than 6 feet line of sight away from the tower. Completely useless for a home theater PC. Don’t tell me it’s interference in my building, that’s just lazy. Every other wireless device in my house works perfectly, so if it is interference, then engineer around it. Every other technology (Bluetooth, 802.11b/g/n) has managed, so get on it.

I’m moving back to my HP Wireless mouse/keyboard combo. It may drop out every now and again, but the keyboard and mouse together cost half of this mouse alone. I expected better from Logitech, and definitely expected better from an $80 mouse.

Very good, too expensive. I would have given it 5 stars if the price was lower.

This mouse is as great as everyone says it is. Unfortunately if you use this mouse to travel with do not expect 2 AA batteries to last you an entire trip. I just got back from vacation and used the computer to tie up loose ends at work. I used the mouse/computer for less than 12 hours and I turned it off after every use and the batteries were dead after one week.

In my opinion a week of battery life after less than a 2 full “work days” is unacceptable for a laptop travel mouse. The battery in the Microsoft mouse I replaced with the Logitech Anywhere mouse would last for at least 5 months before it needed changing. If you use this Logitech mouse a few days a week for a year and you turn it off after every use you will go through 104 batteries.

The mouse really is perfect in every other way just like the Logitech Performance Mouse MX I own however they both need batteries weekly rather than a couple times a year like Microsoft mice.

The first Logitech Anywhere MX I purchased, from the local Best Buy, proved defective in 24 hours. I exchanged it. The second one has been working for several months. It is used very lightly. This was a 50% failure rate!

The second Logitech Anywhere MX I purchased, from the local Best Buy, proved defective in 24 hours. I exchanged it. The second one failed within 24 hours and the housing on the USB receiver came off. I put the housing back on. Stored it in the base of the mouse. Housing came off and the USB Receiver was stuck in the bottom on the mouse. I exchanged it again. The third mouse has been working for three days. I hope it keep going, but I will only believe it when I see it. This has been a 66% failure rate!

I do not believe I am the only person encountering this issue with this product!

I tried to explain the repeated failure of the product to the SALES and TECHNICAL SUPPORT groups at Logitech but they are living on a different planet. They DO NOT GET IT.

When you see a lot of this product for Sale as REFURBISHED you will know why.

My perception of Logitech is a great company with great products. That perception is quickly changing!!!

The reason for this posting on Amazon is to SHARE THE NEWS. I am a frequent Customer of Amazon.com and love their selection, pricing and service. However, it is a good thing that I was dealing with this product locally where I could easily go to the Store for exchanges and refunds. If I were having to Ship these defective units back to an On Line Retailer I would have already put LOGITECH on my “Do Not Buy” list!

Wake up Logitech! Your quality control on this item and this items reliability is TERRIBLE!!!
