The pre-loaded songs and video work fine but you can not download any music into this player, like it promised. The thing will not recognize any music you attempt to download from any sites on the computer or from your own cds. Big rip-off. Our daughter was so excited to get this for Christmas and then soooo disappointed when it turned up, not what it was cracked up to be. Don’t buy this toy, get a real I-pod instead.
