I bought this item about 3 weeks ago and just love it! It does a great job massaging the back, I especially like the function of an upper and lower massages or you can do the whole back. It is very portable and the power cord is very long, making it easy to find an outlet within reach of the massager. I would recommend this product to anyone and absolutely love it!

This cushion provides a great shiatsu massage! Before our company moved to our new location, they had a couple of Shiatsu massage chairs in the employee lounge which I used all the time on my break. However, they couldn’t take the chairs because of lack of room in new location so the reason why I decided to buy this cushion. It is a great substitution and feels so good on my back. I would recommend your buying it.

I tested most of the Homedics massager models, and this one was by far the best. Provides upper and/or lower back massage, without without heat. Noise level is fairly low, for this kind of device. Highly recommended (but buy THIS MODEL—some of the other models aren’t as good).
