I am very pleased with the book I purchased. I was told that it would take 7 to 10 days to receive the book but I actually got it in 4 days. I am very pleased.

This book is missing chapters 1-4 didn’t realize it until I was about to study and found that the first four chapters were missing, still waiting to hear from my professor if i have to return or if I can use for the rest of the semester…The book looks like it’s got a lot of information that can be used independently without the help of an instructor..

The book goes along great with the GO! 2007 Office online web site. I think it is a must have for anyone trying to learn word, excel or access.
