These are no-name knock offs not Dell cartridges. They don’t come in a Dell box, don’t deliver ink evenly and don’t register with your computer that a full cartridge is in the printer, so you have to keep hitting extra buttons each time to make something print. This is a case of false advertising. I’m surprised Amazon.com allowed them to represent their product with Dell’s actual package. The price is too good to be true. Save your money and order the real thing; at least most times you can count on that to work.

I feel that I got a better deal thru Amazon than from Dell. Everything works normally.
