I Purchased this keyboard from ZEETRON though Amazon. They state that there keyboard was NEW, which was clearly not by all the dirt and grim in the keys. I had to send three different keyboards back, due to them not fully functioning.

It was exactly as ordered and came in record time. The keyboard was was in perfect condition when it arrived. It was wrapped perfectly to protect it from any handling damage. And the price was right!

The keyboard fit perfectly. Nice feel. The only thing is missing the keyboard mouse stick which is part of the original Dell laptop.

It’s perfect for me, but just know that it is not identical to the picture. It does not have the blue touch-stick control in the middle of the keyboard but instead has full size keys there. I always use the touchpad so it doesn’t matter to me.

For just a few dollars and a couple of screws you can get your laptop back like new if you have keyboard problems! Buy it and do it yourself.
